PHYSICIANS IMMEDIATE CARE IS NOW IN-NETWORK WITH THE VA
All 43 Urgent Care Clinics Are Now Able to Treat Our Veterans

Rosemont, IL – Physicians Immediate Care is proud to announce that we can now offer urgent care services to veterans at no cost to the patient. As an in-network provider with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (the VA), our medical services at our 43 clinics across Illinois and Indiana can now be provided to veterans without prior authorization for treatment.

Our veteran patients now have a fast, convenient option for receiving high-quality urgent care whenever they need it. Physicians Immediate Care’s clinics are open 7 days a week with extended hours, and we treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions, including:

• Allergies
• Back pain
• Bladder and urinary tract infections
• Burns
• Coughing, vomiting and diarrhea
• Dehydration
• Eye and ear injuries and infections
• Gout
• Hand and foot injuries
• Headaches and migraines
• Infectious diseases
• Rashes
• Sprains, strains and broken bones
• Wounds and lacerations

Dr. Warren Wollin, Physicians Immediate Care’s Senior Medical Director, said: “As a Navy veteran, I’m honored to serve and treat my fellow brothers and sisters, by providing them with immediate access to health care for their urgent care needs.”

To receive medical services at Physicians Immediate Care, veteran patients can reserve a time online at PhysiciansImmediateCare.com or simply walk into any of our 40+ locations for same-day care. Upon arrival, the patient should tell the front desk that they are a veteran, and at the end of the visit, we will bill the VA through a third-party administrator for all services provided. To be eligible, veterans must be enrolled in the VA health system; in addition, they must have received care through the VA as a third party administrator for all services provided. Physicians Immediate Care will help any veteran determine their eligibility to receive services at our clinics.

Stan Blaylock, President, and CEO, whose father was also a veteran, said: “We are very pleased at Physicians Immediate Care to have the ability to serve those who have served our country so honorably. This helps us fulfill our mission of providing ‘Remarkable Care You Can Count On, When and Where You Need It’ to those most deserving of our care.”
