GameBit Korea signed MOU with Gaimin.io for gaming business cooperation

March 02
19:58 2020

GameBit and Gaimin.io agreed to work on building the gaming business together. They will explore the possibilities to build on a common marketplace for Dapps games and sharing of users on their platforms in future.

The MOU took place in late February aligned to Gaimin.io’s business trip to South Korea. The agreement is processed by both parties on 1 March 2020 and agreeing to the terms stated.

Kim Tae-Yoon, CEO of GameBit said, “We need to build the gaming ecosystem together. Partnerships are very important to the business in my opinion. Gaimim.io has clear objectives on how to move ahead of their game and what they are developing right at this moment will complement to what GameBit needs. This is a clear win-win for both parties.”

GameBit has a fully functional crypto exchange structured for games. They also have a marketplace and a game Dapp store that allow gamers to list and trade their games in the store. While Gaimin.io has a mining platform and is building on fully integrated communications tool for gamers. This will be a good match for both companies.

“GameBit has what we need. Instead of building the full platform, we can look into working with GameBit and their partners to integrate modules together. This will speed up our route to go to the market and will also save development cost in the long run. Gaimin.io and team will also introduce the mining module to GameBit for a start, allowing some of their selected users to try our GPU mining abilities. I am also glad to meet the founding team in person. Thank you for coming by to our headquarters in Seoul.”

Both GameBit and Gaimin.io will continue to work together. GameBit and it’s holding company is structuring more gaming related services and business in Sri Lanka while Gaimin.io is pushing hard for their IEO at Probit Exchange and forming more gaming communities.
